TORCHREADY
Built for CNC plasma shops

Sign art in. Cut‑ready DXF out.

Customers send screenshots, JPEGs and logos that were never drawn for a torch. TorchReady traces the art, finds pieces that would fall out, adds editable bridges, filters details below your cut limits, and validates the geometry before export — without rebuilding it in CAD.

TorchReady's traced and bridged output for a dense badge logo — clean outline geometry with tabs holding the letter counters and ring in place
CUT CHECK PASSED
77 contours analyzed · 17 discarded · 35 bridges · 0 open chains · 2 material pieces
LINE / ARC / CIRCLE only — validated before every export
Runs 100% in your browser — your art never leaves your machine; we count exports, never your art
Real-inch output, ready for your nesting software
How it works
01
Upload art

PNG, JPG — logos, clipart, sketches.

02
Auto-trace + clean

Auto threshold, click away junk shapes, bridge floating islands with one click.

03
Export DXF

Contract-validated, R12, opens in any CAD or nesting software.

The benchmark

2.6 hours by hand. 30 seconds by TorchReady.

Hand-traced in AutoCAD — 2.6 hours
The same plow weathervane sign as TorchReady's exported cut paths, rendered in amber
TorchReady — 30 seconds

Same sign, same source art — junk shapes removed with two clicks before export.

Built for the cut, not just the conversion.

Generic raster-to-vector converters stop at “it looks right.” They hand you polylines and splines — and an afternoon of cleanup homework in CAD before your table will touch the file.

TorchReady validates every export against the cut contract — R12, closed contours, LINE / ARC / CIRCLE only — and refuses to ship a file that fails. If TorchReady exports it, the geometry passed the cut check.

That means the file is closed, connected, and built from line and arc entities only. It doesn’t mean the physical cut goes clean — your machine setup, material, consumables, CAM settings, and cutting parameters are still on you. We validate what we control.

Floating islands — the counter of an O, the pupil of an eye — get bridged to the surrounding steel before they hit your floor as scrap.

Installable — works offline on the shop floor.

“As far as laser-ready… it’s perfect. No polylines.”
